Call for Papers

Proposals for complete sessions and workshops, as well as individual abstracts for paper/poster presentations on any relevant topic may be submitted at mmv4@ibimet.cnr.it or here.  

• Sessions, workshops, roundtables, symposia
  300 word abstract of topic and content, description of procedures,
  list of participants

• Individual paper or poster presentation
  300 word abstract of topic and content Author(s),
  affiliation and contact information
  Deadline is passed.

Oral presentations will be limited to 15 minutes followed by 5 minutes of discussion. Only one oral presentation will be allowed per person. Poster presentations will be organized in separate sessions, during which the authors must be available for questions and discussion. 

A proceedings volume of short papers including all the presented works will be published before the conference. Participants are invited to send a short paper no longer of 4 pages, until 20 August 2008, more details on format and template are available on the web site in the section: Short paper for proceedings volume.
All the accepted works will be included in the official proceedings of the conference, when at least one author is registered and the conference fee is paid. The volume will be distributed to the participants in printed form and will be available on the internet.
